Good morning everyone,

This morning I did Horizontal Conditioning Bootcamp. This time I lasted 51 minutes. I think I will have to split this into two workouts it's that tough. This is a puke in the bucket workout.

Glad to see most of us got in a workout yesterday.

Carmen - I've done that afterburn premix. It's quick and dirty and has less dread than the full workout.

Conni - I am definitely getting the Cathe calendar this year. ha ha. Thanks for introducing me to it. Cathe hangs on my wall at work and I look at her several times a day. It brings me secret joy. I will not be able to live without it now. I shall be ordering it as soon as they announce it's availability.

Annette - I hope to see you checking in today.

Good morning ladies. Rest day for me today. Might try for yoga later tonight.

Hi ladies,

Carmen - Good luck at the doctor today. Let us know if he ( or she ) comes up with a solution to that problem!! I, for one, would love to know.

Today was BC - Oldie but a goodie, with no dread factor whatsoever.
One problem - during the stretch Sherman came over to try to "clean " me up ( by licking me to death) and I got stuck in his Cone collar. Not a pretty sight, let me tell you...
 
Hi ladies, I had every intention of working out yesterday but when I got to the school I was subbing in, they asked me to cover a 5th grade class for the whole day, so the nice person that I am, I said yes and worked a full day.

But today I had no job so I did Cathe's CTX Kickbox just the cardio and abs off of All Step for some much needed ab work that I will feel tomorrow.
