Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. Rowing & Upper Body EMOM
YT-CrossRope- Jump Rope & Biceps - 6 min.

Today I did a Michelle Briehler YT walking video for 53 minutes - 5000 steps. It was fun and light! That said, I am sweating :).

Nice workout this morning Linda with so much variety!

Annette - I saw the video. That's a lot of weight to push
Nora - I am speechless about yesterday's workout and how much you did. I just wish I had your stamina. It has athlete vibes!

when I typed this, the first time I typed 53 miles instead of 53 min.!!! OMG, if it had been
53 miles, I really bet you would have been sweating!!! :)

Hi ladies,

Today I did KPC premix Blocks and Kicks for 51 minutes doing my own abwork since I don't have a stability ball here at home. I forgot how cardio she makes this one whew!!

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- 20-minute Low Intensity Interval Training (LIIT) Recovery Ride= 22 Min
STS Ab Circuits- Medicine Balls Abs= 10 Min
