Good morning all!

Today's workouts:

YT-Kaleigh Cohen- Cycling Warmup - 11 min.
Blender- "Chest: On the Ball" - 15 min.
KCM-Lean Body Circuits-Premix: Lean Body Boxing- 20 min.

That's it! Nora, I enjoyed the short cycle warmup with Kaleigh. I can see why you enjoy her workouts!

I didn't turn the tv off until about midnight, so I'll probably be napping today too! :)

Well, today I stayed home and did 16 minutes of a new garage Taebo but stopped due to it being really hot and humid in the house. Then I found a new FIIT SOAKED (taebo trained) Mike Armstrong workout on YouTube and did 18 minutes of it and called it quits. I did have on my wrist weights for most. So about 34 minutes of something is better than nothing.

We get our new sofa next week so I need to clean around the old sofa so we can move it out.

16 minutes of a new garage Taebo and FIIT SOAKED (taebo trained) Mike Armstrong workout with wrist weights for 18 minutes. Absolutely, anything is better than nothing which was my day - NOTHING!

Yes, I love Kaleigh she is so fun and upbeat. Kaleigh has different workouts than just cycling, such as:
weights, Kettlebells, Abs, Stretches,and nice strength finishers. Plus with in the cycling there are different levels beginner seated
on up as well as variety of workout times from 15 Min - 90 Min just whaever works for you.

YT- New Garage Taebo- 16 minutes- got too hot. Then found a new one on YT called FIIT SOAKED with Mike Armstrong (Taebo Trained) and gave that a try - for 18 Min. Both were done wearing wrist weights. Well done & high fives!!

Leslie Sansone- Walk Off Fat Fast- 40 Min Super Burn= 41 Min Walk with DH

Total miles so far for October 2024 so far = 10.30 + = 10.30 Miles
