Yes, I love Kaleigh she is so fun and upbeat. Kaleigh has different workouts than just cycling, such as:
weights, Kettlebells, Abs, Stretches,and nice strength finishers. Plus with in the cycling there are different levels beginner seated
on up as well as variety of workout times from 15 Min - 90 Min just whaever works for you.

Annette- WTG on today's super fun sounding workout with:
YT- New Garage Taebo- 16 minutes- got too hot. Then found a new one on YT called FIIT SOAKED with Mike Armstrong (Taebo Trained) and gave that a try - for 18 Min. Both were done wearing wrist weights. Well done & high fives!!
