Hi Everyone,

Count down at work - my last two days in person everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Bitter sweet. You know the saying - With every sunset comes the promise of a sunrise!

I took a rest day today as my body needed a break. Plus, I had admin work to do :).

Great workouts yesterday everyone.

And Annette - i find it cute when there are spelling errors in Cathe's videos - so rare so when I catch it, I laugh. In one of Cathe's Shock cardio series workouts it reads "moutain climbers". Cracks me up every time. I am gonna buy Cathe socks for friends and family for Christmas this year!!!!

Those socks are super cute.....I'm tempted ! Not long ago, I got one of her t-shirts that was
on the July picture on her calendar. It is the one on the lower right side facing the picture,
it's kind of a teal blue and it has a bunch of the names of her different moves, like Jab, Cross, Hip Hop Repeater, etc. It's cute.

Hi ladies,

Today I did bis and tris and floorwork for legs, abs and glutes at the gym for 60 minutes. Hit them hard.

Then I came home and did the Boxing Combos off of Kelly's TLC DVD for 32 minutes holding my 2 pound walking weights.

Now I have to get ready for yet another doctor's appointment.

It is 63 degrees in the house, brrrr!!!

Countdown Siobhan!! Yay!!
