Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did:
Cathe EDT – legs + biceps (my own workout blender workout)
Workbout Blender – mix of legs + RWH cardio – 20 minutes (someone's mix)
Standing abs 2 sets

Linda - I totally saved some of your workouts. Can't wait to try them. Goodness, how did I miss the joy of the workout blender!!!!???? What an amazing tool. Cathe, Cathe, Cathe and more Cathe - but doing my own routines!!!! What joy. What bliss! Okay, this is addiction talking. The workout blender was all I could think about during my training this week.

Good morning Ceci, so glad you are "addicted" to the blender as well ! This is a good addiction! Hope you like my workouts, although they
may not be as "intense" as you are used to, but after you have saved them in your workouts, you can always add, change to your liking....
As I am going thru mine the 2nd time, I am changing them if I want to make them a little different. and new "material" coming with the
new workouts! I have just about as much fun blending them as doing them ! I've tried to blend them "smoothly", but not always easy...

Mornin' ladies ....... just thought I'd chime in that for the month I had the Blender, I really had so much fun with it too! It IS addicting. I did make some workouts but I don't think I can recall them now. lol. Aquagirl - I do remember looking through yours a couple of times. You have a lot! :)
(I wish Cathe would have a sale or two for OnDemand! lol)

Hi Girls,

Thanks for all the compliments. Funny story about the picture, it was taken at work by a colleague just after I had gotten confirmed that I will be going back to my old employer. The colleague that took the picture was just checking a picture upload on our app, so he had no idea I was smiling happy to soon return to work with my old colleagues. [emoji2]

Despite schools being on Fall break this week it was a busy day. Half a day working from home, then I wanted a workout and then I gave a basketball clinic with some other trainers. Afterwards my son's team played a practice game against the girls team. Tough game, so exciting to watch. Boys won, but it wasn't an easy win. Last but not least of all we went out to dinner with our house guests.

My w/o this afternoon was KCM Muscle Max premix for full body in 49 min. Real good w/o esp now that I am lifting heavier and heavier. I really wish I had more time to fit in both strength and cardio 5-6 days a week, but it's a pretty tight squeeze fitting in an hour each time, forget 2 hours. Too much going on! None of the house guests wanted to join me today [emoji30] They were still sore from Monday. I tried to convince them moving again helps, rather than doing nothing, but no luck. I didn't put that much energy into convincing them though, seeing as I only had an hour and I wanted to get a good w/o in before bball and dinner. I could talk and talk about my w/o's. There is seriously an option for everyone. Low impact or high, weights or bodyweight, dance, barre, yoga, kickbox, step... No matter what you like, there will be something in my collection.

Anyways, I am sure I don't need to convince any of you that workouts are fun and there's something out there for everyone. Am I right... Or right?
 
Oops... Look who is rambling now. I have yet to try the workout blender, but hearing all of you I fear what would happen if I do. I can spend so long collecting ideas for EDT, online, in books, even on Pinterest there's loads and checking out new dvds and streaming options. I even ordered 4 new books... Would I ever get around to doing my other stuff? Like crochet, reading all my subscriptions (also none fitness ones) and my books. I could fill a fulltime job with w/o research and actually doing them. That would be the life!!!
 
Annette .....read your post today (on the other thread). So glad for you that you are getting compliments for all your hard work and ideas for classes. That's always so nice to hear! Also, go girl on gaining muscle definition!! Woohoo.

Way to go on your BBall win Henriette! I know what you mean about reading & researching about fitness. Sometimes I spend way too much time doing that & then no time for the actual workout!! lol. Never enough hours in the day for everything.

My muscles are recovering & I have to travel around a lot today, so no workout. When I get home, if I have time I will get in some wall yoga (it's my own thing, no dvd)

Hi girls, great workouts for all that got them in. I didn't this evening. As an update , Coco's bloodwork all came
Back normal, so I will probably do the next one to check on things with his heart. I have been using Frontline
On him, but a guy I work with said his little Yorkie kind of was doing the same things and apparently it was the
Frontline.after he stopped putting it on her, she evidently stopped with the episodes. So....I just don't know...
Anyway, everyone have a good night.
