Today I did a mix of:
Cathe 2.0 Upper Body (no back, no bands) - I think it was about 45 minutes
Anabolic Aliens - 5 minute weight plate bicep workout (thanks Linda)
Good golly my house is full of holes, commercial humidifiers (for the flood), noise and dust. Ugh.
Nora - sorry you didn't get in your workout yesterday and sure hope your doggo is feeling better. Good luck today and I hope you are able to get in your workout tomorrow!
