Today's workouts:

Blender- " Stronger & Fit: Back & Biceps" - 27 min.
IFit- 15 min. Elliptical Hike in Mexico
YT-Phoenix Nation- 10 min Shred Jump Rope workout
STS 2 Active Recovery dvd mix - 9 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of:
Cathe 2.0 Upper Body (no back, no bands) - I think it was about 45 minutes
Anabolic Aliens - 5 minute weight plate bicep workout (thanks Linda)

Good golly my house is full of holes, commercial humidifiers (for the flood), noise and dust. Ugh.

Nora - sorry you didn't get in your workout yesterday and sure hope your doggo is feeling better. Good luck today and I hope you are able to get in your workout tomorrow!

Hi Siobhan, yes I believe we were typing away at the same time! Love your workout
of Cathe 2.0 Upper Body and AA's bicep workout. Yeah, I really like their little 5 min add-on
weight plate workouts, there are 5 min workouts for each "body part" and I use them often.

Nora, I didn't see your late post yesterday until I read Siobhan's post. I hope your doggie
is feeling better. Sounds like you will be getting a workout in helping your SIL today with
household & yardwork chores.
 
Well, my workout got changed due to while attempting to go the gym with my boxing gloves in tow. Alas, my truck's battery was dead, sigh. So I stayed home and did one of Kimberly Spreen's called Absolutely Kickboxing which was 47 minutes long. I wore the gloves for the 1st 20 minutes. It was a good workout and I was sweating by the end.

Nice workouts ladies, keep up the great work.

I never got around to working out today with errands and DH's day off too! Maybe tomorrow will do better since DH will be at work.
