I hope I got the date correct - it's hard to keep track!

Today I did a short youtube spinning workout - 30 minutes + Cathe PUB chest/biceps again.

Hi ladies,

Ceci, just beats the rest of us up and getting a workout in early[emoji6].

Today I taught my AM FIT Circuit workout to 7 ladies for about 64 minutes. That one is a sweat fest. I am drenched by the end. Today, honestly, my body almost quit on me, but I said to myself, 'you are the teacher, you have to keep going' and I pushed through.
