Hi ladies ,

Taught my Lower Body Challenge workout to 7 ladies today for 50 minutes. My feet hurt soo much but we made it through.

Then I did 50 minutes of upper body weight work including floorwork abs and glutes.

I better feel something tomorrow!!

Nothing but rain today and wind.
