Today's workouts:

Blender- " Upper Body Drop Sets" - 21 min.
Blender- " Lower Body Tri Sets" - 23 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

I didn't feel like working out this morning at all. Somehow, I mustered up the mental focus to do the following: 2.0 single body parts for shoulders - 40 minutes. I added on a 4 minute tabata Phoenix Nation jump rope workout.

Linda - I can see you've posted but can't see what it is..... (okay - I just checked - upper and lower body workout - I'm sure your body feels worked out!)

Great workouts from us all yesterday. And Nora, you also did some jump rope yesterday! I can't do anything fancy with my feet.

Siobhan , great workout this AM, even tho' you weren't "feeling it" at first. Good for you
with 40 min. of STS2 body parts-Shoulders and 4 min. of Phoenix Nation jump rope
tabata. I'd say that a pretty good workout despite the fact you didn't feel like working out!!
 
Hi ladies,

Today was KCM TLC Boxing Combo Premix which is 32 minutes long wearing my Cathe boxing gloves.

Gotta lot to do so I am pretty sure that will be it unless I do floorwork tonight late.

Wow! Nicely done! I use ropeless jump rope, it makes it easier and I do not do fancy foot work either. It's still challenging.
