Hi Annette, Geoff and Cathletes,

Today I did Caroline G's latest of chest/triceps and abs. I added on Cathe's Lite pyramid pump biceps. Now, to stretch.

Annette - how on earth were you able to teach? You are a trooper after such a loss :(

Geoff - glad to read things are slowly going back to normal for you and your physical health

Hi Siobhan,

I needed to keep busy.

Today I brought the wrong binder so we ended up doing a brand new routine/interval that hadn't been tried by a class yet. It was my new Cardio/Kickbox Interval using the original interval music. It was an hour but I figured out that I was short one interval so I made it up as we went. It was a sweaty good workout.

Then I did 45 minutes of weight work including dumbbells, machine, and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Slowly, getting back to my normal level. Today, I was able to use 10lb weights for a few exercises doing Jane Fonda's Total Body Sculpting. Celebrating two weeks since I last had soda!!!
