Peloton 10 min. Treadmill Warmup Walk…followed by
IFit “Iconic Nashville Treadmill Walk, Nashville, Tennessee“ - 15 min.
10 min Bike ride in Paris, France
YT- Joy2Move- Jump Rope & Standing Abs - 13 min.

Hi ladies,

So sorry Siobhan that you still feel not up to working out. Tomorrow is another day.

Today I went to the gym and did chest and back weight workout with a smathering of biceps, triceps and shoulders plus floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. It was a 70 minute workout. This workout consisted of barbell, dumbbells, and cable work.
