Blender- " STS 1 & 2- Back & Triceps" - 26 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training # 45- 30 min. Rowing & Weights Upper Body Hiit
YT-Anabolic Aliens- 5 min. Shoulders Weight Plate Workout

Hi Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Cathe's Cross Fire (15 minutes, no warm-up). Boy, that was wayyyyyyyy tougher than Oliver Sjostrom. Wow. I added on 37 minutes of Caroline G for bi's and back (heavy weights). Caroline is so strong. Now, to stretch!

Hi Linda. Great workout again today. A nice mix of Cathe and youtube friends!

Nora - Yeah!!! You got in your workout. So happy for you. We all know the feeling of relief and joy when we can workout after missing a day or two.
Annette - I hope your vehicle gets fixed quickly. When can you return to the gym?

Hi ladies,

Siobhan, unless I walk to the gym I won't be going till my truck is out of the shop, earliest tomorrow not sure if it takes longer.

Today I did a 6 minute warm up off an Yvette Bachman workout, then switched and did 30 minutes of a FITT TECH KICKBOXING workout that was 60 minutes long. I was having tv issues so most of my time was spent messing with it. I might take a short walk it is nice outside . I will come back and post again if I do more.

Ok, add on a 25 minute walk phone said I was walking around 2.8 mph. Then came home and did 20 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a nice stretch at the end.

I am done for the day!!

& a nice 25 min walk outdoors & 20 min of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and
