Today I did a short SSOD workout - about 35 minutes.

DH is travelling to Vancouver for business this a.m. so it's busy busy around here this morning.

Today was both RWH LI Hiit plus Abs. I added on a Jessica Smith stretch. I am always so tight!

Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Weights, Cardio and Weights workout to 9 ladies for about 56 minutes. It is a tough but fun workout. Before I had done about 7 minutes of leg work.

Came home and took son to work.

Then I came home and did KCM 30 Minutes to Fitness- Kickboxing, the 22 minute Punch and Kick premix.

I made an appointment with the doctor about my rashes. Hopefully they can figure out what to do.
