Hi ladies,
Today I taught my Weights, Cardio and Weights workout to 9 ladies for about 56 minutes. It is a tough but fun workout. Before I had done about 7 minutes of leg work.
Came home and took son to work.
Then I came home and did KCM 30 Minutes to Fitness- Kickboxing, the 22 minute Punch and Kick premix.
I made an appointment with the doctor about my rashes. Hopefully they can figure out what to do.
