awfully lonely here, but I am plugging along..

Today was 4DS Kickboxing..

Cannot wait for the new workouts!!!
 
Hi Conni,

Sorry about being neglectful this week. Yesterday I ended up doing Xtrain Bi's/Tri's + 50 push ups + Michael Olajide Killer Abs - a 10 minute segment. I am feeling much better.

Today I had a rest day as I was at the agency last night counselling. I will be back at it tomorrow.

Conni - I really like 4DS kickboxing. It's a sweatfest for me. I am with you. I cannot wait for the new workouts either.
 
Hi gals,

I had a sub job yesterday so no workout. Today I did KCM 30 Minutes to Fitness- Kickboxing with abs for my workout.
