YT- CrossRope- "Jump Rope & Biceps" - 6 min.
IFit- "Baldwin Street,, Dunedin, New Zealand Elliptical Hike" - 11 min. ( Baldwin Street
in Dunedin is supposed to be the steepest street in the world)

This morning I did STS - Meso 2 for chest/shoulers/triceps for 43 minutes - gosh these are solid workouts. I stretched in between sets.

Annette - Did you hurt yourself too? for realz? I hope not!

Hi ladies,

Most likely a rest day today. Yes, Siobhan, on Monday, I grapped a 45 plate a it swung around me throwing my hip and lower back out, I just didn't have control of the plate. I still managed to finish the push.

Today we had to take the cats to the vet and that pretty much was my day because I had no vehicle.

Nice workouts all around.

I should do some cardio tomorrow here at home since the other car is now in the shop.
