Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Variety circuit to 6 ladies for 55 minutes. Then I did a full body weight workout including barbell, dumbbells, cables, and floorwork abs, legs and glutes for 75 minutes.

Hi Everyone,

Today I did more MH - 40 minutes. It was good! Upper body focused. I miss Cathe though. I can never stray very far from her. I'll add her in this weekend.
