Good Morning ladies !!! :):)

Today's workouts:

Fit Tower-Long & Strong dvd- did warmup, Lower Body workout & Stretch - 16 min
Blender- "STS Roundup: Chest, Shoulders & Biceps" - 22 min.
YT-Phoenix Nation- 15 min. Ropeless Jump Rope workout

That's it.......I'm operating on about 3 hrs sleep! I predict a nap this afternoon! It's a good day, enjoy!
 
Good Morning Everyone,

I am operating on interrupted sleep. I couldn't stop following the election. Tough outcome for many (and for others, not so much). That said, today I did 2.0 Lower Body 1 - I modified a bit so ended up doing 45 minutes including my own stretch. I just love the heavy weight. That's it for me!

Nice workouts for you both.

Today was Rev'd Up Rumble the 51 minute premix with the 6 pack abs .

I had my wrist weights on for almost all the cardio, I got tangled up with 1 combo because the camera wasn't on Cathe and wasn't showing the movements on the person the camera was on. That was frustrating but I made it through. The abs are hard. I can only do 3 of the exercises the rest I just do my own thing.

I guess I'm going to have to order the ropeless jum prope. My Target did not have them in stock.

Siobhan, I was following the election outcome and commentaries as well. So glad it's over and that the political adds, texts and emails are stopping:)

Didn't you do Rev'd Up Rumble last week? I keep forgetting about that one and need to put it on my calendar.

I'm going to try to get a good stretch in tonight. My leg is still bothering me so I'm taking it easy. Cheers!!
