Hi ladies,

Yesterday I made a new workout for my class and today we as a class did it. And they liked it!!![emoji3] I called it a Dance Aerobic circuit and I had 6 ladies to try it on today. It was an hour long.

Then I did 35 minutes of weight work for back, biceps and triceps with legs and abs thrown in.

Now I have to change and pick up my son since he has a job interview at 3, whoohooo!!

The pilates DVD is called THE METHOD PILATES DYNAMIC BODY MAKEOVER a 3 DVD set. It is from 2003 when Jennifer Kries was the big name in Pilates but this particular workout is not one of hers but some of the ladies in the workout were in her other workouts.

Congrats on your new workout for your class Annette, it sounds fun! Tonight I did a 30 minute high step, kickbox,
& lower body weights blender workout. Really wasn't much into it, so normally it is more fun than it was tonight.
It has been pouring rain here off & on here all day!! Not cold, but very wet! Hope everyone is well.
 
Hi ladies,

Late check in for Wednesday. I did Shine warm up followed by Ice Bicep MM and then I spent the afternoon building and giving a bball obstacle course to the kids. That meant hours on end moving around and thereby putting quite some strain on my legs.

Today (Thursday) I have DOMs in my bi's so perhaps I really should refrain from doing the MM during this time where I am not supposed to get DOMs. A shame as I really enjoy them. I guess all the more reason to bike more outdoor & shine [emoji2]
