Good Wednesday Morning Everyone,

Today I did STS Meso 1 disc 2 - back and triceps + an ab workout from Cathe live. How do I forget how amazing STS is? so much variety in one workout and it just keeps moving!

Have a wonderful day today everyone. It must be cold out there. DH rarely puts on his winter coat to walk the dog but today he has it on???

I hope to see you all tomorrow!

Ceci - I have said it before but I will say it again :) STS is by far Cathe's best lifting series ever. I have done countless rounds in the past but just cannot seem motivated to do it again. Have you ever tried the undulated (sp?) rotation?

It's cold here today. When I left the house it was 22 degrees.

Hi gals,

Today is cold and windy which is a miserable mix. Brrrrrrr!!

Today I taught my Chair Kickbox circuit workout to 5 ladies for an hour. I needed something with less arm and more legs so as to not tax my shoulder too much.

I then drove and found the senior center for our town and talked to the manager about possibly doing a class there. We'll see.

Feeling sluggish & slept awful. Taking another rest day and epsom salt bath.
Made 2 batches of bone broth & asparagus cauliflower soup for my 2nd round of elimination diet that starts tomorrow. Stuffed cabbage for dinner tonight. New recipe hope it’s a good one!
Here’s to a motivated Thursday to get me back on track.
