Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did 2.0 Lower Body 1 premix for 41 minutes - 2 sets maximum. I added on 2.0 abs no equipment for 8 minutes. Now, to do my own stretch.

Annette - Wowza on the gym workout! How's your son post wedding day?
Nora - I hope today is a good day to get in a work out. I subscribe to Cathe online so no longer get excited for the new dvds. I miss that.
Deanna - My old dvds are collecting dust in a closet

Hello! I've been bad! My legs still not right. I am going to try to start my classes on Dec 3rd!
 
Hey ladies,

Today was a 43 minute Mzi cardio kickboxing and then 11 minutes of another one but it ended up starting out just like the 1st one so I stopped. So all in all a 54 minutes of cardio kickboxing, not too bad.

Yesterday at the gym a young man approached me and was intrigued by my work on the sled. So we struck up a conversation, he obviously was a body builder and appeared bigger up close than he had in the distance (I had seen him before in the gym). He asked me what the sled worked I replied whole body plus cardio. He said that cardio is hard on bodybuilders and even hurts. I said that he could use the sled in different ways and suggested a few. He said that I gave him something to think about and I reminded him that if I can do it at 60 he should be able to also.

PS.. add on 20 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with light dumbbells for abs, triceps, biceps, back and shoulders.

Nicki- Hello sorry your knee is still on the mend, but at least its healing. Take it easy and be patient, I know it's tough though. Happy Thanksgiving!:)

KCM 30MTF- Circuit Burn- Cardio, Boxing & Sculpting= 44 Min (It was fun to see Lauren again)
KCM 30MTF- Abs & Core- Circuit Burn = 6 Min
