Yep, the Nov. rotation says rest today but NO WAY! LOL I probably won't get a chance to work out tmrw.
So I was going to do tmrw's w/o today (SJP)but I've done L/B weight work 3 days in a row now and need a break from it! Maybe I should just skip the L/B weight work and do SJP anyway??? Things that make ya go HMMMMM! LOL
ETA: Ended up doing ME and LL back to back yesterday to try to get a GS length leg work out in. Boy did I feel the burn, baby! }( I must admit though that although I used weights for ME, when I got to LL, I went weightless...I didn't NEED weights. I STILL FELT IT!
Last night, when I got home, I put me workout clothes on and that’s as far as I got I wasn’t in the mood or something to workout, not sure what happened. But, didn’t feel up to it. So I went to bed early and got a good night’s rest
Up tis morning and did Cardio Kicks & KM leg drills, Ouch! Legs was fried, felted nice.
Tonight, I also planned a PM workout but not sure what to do after this morning, I'll figure out something. Have a wonderful Turkey day guys :9
