YT-go simpli- 20 min. Seated Upper Body Med Ball workout
YT-Redwoods- Cardio drumming workout w/Lindsay - 19 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

I am taking a rest day today. I had my vaccine booster last evening so my arm is very sore today. I hope to be back at it tomorrow.

Glad to see everyone checking in yesterday. And Nora - you did not offend. I was just being an enabling and equally resistant mother.

Just driving by to say I squeezed in Xtrain Burn Sets Bis and Tris. Had to skip triceps push-ups for time. Taking The Boy to get his cast and staples removed this morning.

Hi ladies,

Today I came to the gym and did 55 minutes on the elliptical and 15 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus a stretch. My triceps really hurt from pushing the sled yesterday, oh my!

Nice workouts and rest days.

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- The After-Party-Tabata HIIT Cardio Indoor Cycling Workouts = 11 Min
