Hi gals,

Today I taught one of my circuit routines to 5 ladies for an hour.

Then I did 65 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs, legs and glutes. This also had barbell chest press, cable work for biceps, triceps, shoulders and back and chest, dumbbell flies, overhead triceps, hammer curls, t bar row, and a new ab thingy, plus all the floorwork.
