Daily Check-in Wednesday, November 20th, 2024

Good Morning Everyone,

I took a rest day yesterday as I was visiting my friend overnight. We walked a lot while shopping :) . Today I did more Tiff & Dan for 40 minutes - biceps, triceps and abs. I added on STS 2.0 for upper body warm-up. I will do my own stretch now.

Linda - I am so sorry to read about your brother. My condolences to you and your family. We are all thinking of you. Take care of yourself!
Annette - Thanks for sharing more pics of the wedding. I am sure it was a joyous day. And I felt nostalgic for your post the other day about our check-in. I forgot I started with you in December 2010 when I had to give up the gym and work out from home due to the demand of working full-time/family/Grad school. I asked to join you and two others who have since moved on. I remember those times when it was just us and sometimes just one of us checking in, alone. I am so thankful for all of us who check-in here almost daily. It's more fun!

Hi ladies,

Well, I had to start over with my check in because the system wouldn't let me post. So today I did Jeanette Jenkins Kickboxing-Bootcamp which is a kickboxing circuit that I haven't done in a while. My legs are already feeling it.
