Good Morning Ladies,

This morning I did LMR2 for chest and triceps. I added on LMR2 for biceps. I did my own stretch. All in all a 50 minute workout.

YT-Amy's Beach Fitness- "Seated Leg Workout with a Loop Band" - 19 min.
YT-Improved Health- "6 min. Seated Core Workout"

Hi ladies,

Today was an older CDORNER Cardio Kickboxing from 3 years ago. It was 41 minutes of sweating. Not sure if I had done it before, I used my boxing gloves for the first 20 minutes then took the off for the rest.

It was a nice change from weights and I got over 3000 steps within the workout.

Nice workouts ladies.

I am rethinking leg day, I may just incorporate a leg exercise or 2 within the upper body workouts so that I am not taxing my legs so much doing an all leg workout alone.

Great workout, Annette, with CDorner's 41 min. Cardio Kickboxing.. I had to grin when I saw " I am rethinking
leg day"! Adding legs within Upper Body workouts is a great idea! You could make it like a PHA workout
and alternate lower, upper, lower upper, or like I did in my some of upper body blender workouts, I will
go thru a round of upper body, then do an "intermission" of a few lower body/leg exercises, and then back
to a final round of upper body. Many ways to work it!

Oh on rethinking leg day. I like Linda's idea making it like PHA or a circuit alternating upper circuit, then resting upper while doing a lower circuit/PHA lower. Wow, that sounds like fun and definitely challenging work. Whatever you decide it will no doubt be awesome. Have a blessed evening;)

Equipment: 5, 8, 10, 12, & 15 lb. Dumbbells, Step with 3 Risers on Each Side, Mat
