Oh on rethinking leg day. I like Linda's idea making it like PHA or a circuit alternating upper circuit, then resting upper while doing a lower circuit/PHA lower. Wow, that sounds like fun and definitely challenging work. Whatever you decide it will no doubt be awesome. Have a blessed evening
