November 18th? already?

Today I did a 30 minute stretch. I am very sore from my last two days of workouts.

Annette - sorry about the pain. How awful for you. I hope you are feeling much better now

November is flying by!

Today I had 4 members, and we did my Cardio Kickbox Frenzy for 44 minutes, great workout and not too complicated.

Then I did 50 minutes of weight work including barbell chest press and did 85 pounds, 95, 100, 105, 110, 115(all good reps) and 120 for 2 partial reps, Whoohoo!! I was happy!!!

Went onto do incline flyes using 25 pound dumbbells and the 20 pound dumbbells and incline presses with 20's. Flat flyes. 1 tricep exercise, hammer curls using 25 and 20's, front raises using the 12 pound medicine ball and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Nice workout and my chest just might feel it.

Only had a slight creak in my neck this morning but it went away after my shower. Mouth/jaw still hurts.
