Today's workouts:
Hydrow Circuit Training- 30 min. "No Repeats & Knee Friendly" Full Body & Rowing Circuit
YT-Eligned- 10 min. Full Body Lymphatic Flush (first time for this one, I liked it, I liked the moves, etc., but she went
too daggone fast for me, but it was interesting........I have done alot of the moves in it in other workouts, like Cathe's, etc.)
