Hi ladies, today it was Gym Style Back, shoulders and biceps. I've started writing down the perfect weight for each exercise, I think it'll be useful for the future as well.
I really can't keep up with Cathe's pace when she uses the band, my muscles are on fire but i take it to my max ....
Cecififi, I understand you are fro Toronto. What about you Connie and Annette?
