Hi Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Cassey Ho's blogilates core (20 minutes) + legs (20 minutes) + a 10 minute stretch. A nice easy day today.

Geoff - sorry to read about upset. I hope you are feeling a bit better today

Thanks! This weekend is going to be hard because I was supposed to fly up. However, I rather it happen now than later on. Planning to do Kathy Smith Ultimate Stomach & Thighs later on today.
 
Hi all,

Today I taught my class using the same workout that I did yesterday at home. Kickbox Fun with Add Ons 1 with my wrist weights on. Then I did 20 minutes of light (15 and 12 pound dumbbells) weight work including floorwork for abs and legs.

Hip, bum, still hurts so I took it easy.

Nice workout for you both.
