Today's workouts:

Blender- "All About # 2: Drop Sets" - 26 min.
WW Time Crunch(Stephanie Huckabee) -Upper Body Tubing workout- 20 min.
YT-Phoenix Nation-10 min Shred Jump rope workout

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Perfect30 for Upper Body and added on 2.0 biceps for about 20 minutes (no warm up). Wowee on the single body parts of 2.0. I haven't tried them yet. They are uhhhmazeballs.

Nice workout this morning, Linda. Your own drop set workout + cardio and tubing. How was the tubing workout? tough?

Annette - You have to return to personal training! Even the PT wants to work out with you. I remember when you were a teacher and then teaching classes. Time flies and we change with it.

Nice workout this AM Siobhan with Perfect 30 UB & 2.0 biceps. Good mix!

the Weight Watchers time crunch tubing workout is not too hard, but has good combos.
if you are familiar with Stephanie Huckabee’s PowerFit workouts, these are very similar
as far as her style, although in the PowerFit workouts, she uses a long flat band. I have
always liked her, she used to be a regular in a lot of the Firm workouts.
 
Hi ladies,

Siobhan, I never was a personal trainer only a group instructor with limited knowledge of personal training (part of my certification for group instruction) so nobody would hurt themselves in my classes.

He may have been fishing for business since he does make a living personal training.

Today I did one of cdorner's newer workouts that was Kickboxing and a stretch at the end. It was good I had on my wrist weights. It was 46 minutes long.
Not sure if I will do more or not.


Nice workouts ladies!

Add on 20 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes, they are sore from yesterday's floorwork, oh my!!
