the Weight Watchers time crunch tubing workout is not too hard, but has good combos.
if you are familiar with Stephanie Huckabee’s PowerFit workouts, these are very similar
as far as her style, although in the PowerFit workouts, she uses a long flat band. I have
always liked her, she used to be a regular in a lot of the Firm workouts.
