Hi ladies,

I always feel like the Cardio Leg Blast gets easier after the Airjacks! Once I am past those, I am one happy camper1
No doms today, but I did Party Rockin Step 2 and ab hits. That step workout was a bit harder on my thighs after yesterday, I will admit, lol.
Sandy - I have a chocolate lab who insisted on coming downstairs during the end stretch ( funny how he always times that perfectly ) and proceeds to "clean" me, licking my face, neck and anything else he can get too. I have to laugh, it is too funny!

Today I did a mish mosh - I did High Reps Upper Body + KCM Trim Down 20 minutes from workout 1 + 35 pushups.

Wish I could do step like you Conni.

My lab does the same thing, something about a sweaty neck gets her every time, LOL!

Today was 28 min. of This is Taebo and then 45 min. at the gym hitting biceps hard and chest heavy (dumbbells) and all other major muscle groups.

Hi girls, today I did a timesaver premixe from Xtrain Hard strikes and the 100h rep bicep curls challenge. I am happy because, all though i worked hard on my cardio leg blast yesterday i did not have doms like last time I did it. Does it mean I'm getting stronger??? Sure it does, I will have to mix things up a little bit in the next future!!! Connie I love step too, and strange enough, when i do Cathe's step workouts, even with high impact moves, my back doesn't hurt. Cathe is really on top of all trainers!!!! Have a good day all.....
