Good morning ladies,

Today was RWH lift it Back, shoulders and Biceps and core 1 premix. Felt good to lift again, but this is not a favorite of mine, can't figure out why though..

Today I did a 35 minute pilates workout - Cassey Ho! again! Then I walked the dog for about 25 minutes this morning. I also walked the dog last night too!

I like RWH - a lot - but I love Xtrain even more. Love the music in Xtrain.

Today was a couldn't decide what to do day so I did Leslie Sansone's Walk, I did the 2 mile one which was about 30 min. with the warmup, then went to the gym and did 45 min. of weight work.

Hi all, today I did the combo mixing boot camp and muscle endurance! Yesterday I went to the theatre for a show so I only slept four hours last night. Tonight I'm going to bed very early... Xtrain is my fav too, I haven't started Ripped with Hiit yet so I cannot pronuonce myself on that one. Cia0! (That's how we say good-by in Italy)
