Siobhan - DS is having fun, and I love that, but he is really looking into the medical field as a profession. He knows that even being a good actor means that there are thousands of unemployed actors who are even better. Fortunately he is level headed!

Annette - Glad to see you again, hope the teaching works out for you into something permanent.

Today was TF Hiit 20, and PUB minus the core section.

Hi all I did about 15 min. of taebo with weighted gloves on, I have an afternoon sub job so it was short and sweet, but something nevertheless.

Good morning everyone,

Today I did the first three series of Atletica and half of the fourth series. I didn't feel like doing abs this morning so I blew it off. That is a sweat fest and you've just got to be ready to sweat. It's cardio with no impact - that's what I like about it.

Conni - so happy you have such a good relationship with your son. you sound like a proud mom going to all the performances.

Annette - good for you for squeezing in something.

Carmen - oooh - a new secret job next year. let us know when the transition happens. i hope you will be more appreciated!
