Hi ladies,
Today I taught my Caribbean Inspired dance routine to 5 ladies for 45 minutes. Still not a favorite with my #1 critic so it may get pulled out or tried with the other group.
You do move continuously and work up a good sweat.
Then I did 20 minutes of weight work.
Ended with 40 minutes on the elliptical.
I have PT at 3, not as good results this time as last week. So we will see what he says. I did do a workout after PT yesterday so maybe that was a mistake.
