Hi ladies,
Well, I am paying for my new personal sled push record today. Eventually, my shoulder hurt, my hip and my foot all on the right side. Sleeping wasn't even comfortable. So I got up this morning and took a long hot shower and that helped some. I took 2 of the extended release tylenol.
After laying in the sun for 2 hours and 17 minutes I managed to do KCM TLC Boxing Combos wearing my boxing gloves. My foot is all that is hurting now so the footwork was minimal. Then I did her bonus (flip up/ push up) for some abwork it is roughly 8 minutes.
So I got a workout in, yay me!!
