Hi Everyone,

Today I did 35 minutes of blogilates - 25 minutes of mat pilates + 10 minutes of a mat glute challenge. I am glad to have done something.

Salons are closed here too but I've managed to get my hands on my hair colour every few weeks for a root touch up - a kind of back door exchange. With instructions, I learned to do it myself so I have not had visible grays this whole time. Thank goodness!

I've enjoyed my time off. It's been a wonderful break. Now... back to work!

Hi all

Today was Lower Body Upper Body Dumbbell Challenge Live. REALLY good. A full body workout including abs in an hour.

My stylist will also mix my color for me. I was holding out as I though the lockdown would end. My hair is long and dark so the grays show up really well. Looks like my hubby will be doing my color lol.

Hi ladies,

Today I did my 150 bpm Freestyle Kickboxing which is 56 minutes.

Then I did a 40 minute pyramid (my own) weight routine which included floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. 2 exercises for each body part with the exception of back and biceps.

Now I need to eat. Oh and my 1 pound walking weights are losing the stuffing that makes up the weight part. Little black sand like pieces are coming out . May need a new pair.
