Total everything: 52 min.

Siobhan- Very nicely done today with STS Meso 2 for chest/shoulders and triceps, plus added on 17 minutes of MPL stretch.
Yes I love AOLIH, and all kinds of HIIT, Metabolic workouts, and a long time fave Tabatacise.
I've had injuries to revover from and making my way back to HIIT and weights again, I so missed them. Great workout today, high fives!!
Annette - Today was another fun UFW International Kardo workout approx. 37 min, and tried another one but only latest 5 minutes total workout time was about 42 Min, and plan to add floor work as well.
Sounds amazing I love Kickboxing style workouts, so fun. High fives and WTG!!
