Blender- Icy STS Back & Biceps - 23 min.
KCM 30MTF- Strong & Lean-Premix: W/O #1-Tubing only - 14 min.
YouTube-critical bench- 10 min. Kettlebell/Jump Rope Cardio Killer
YouTube-fabulous 50's- 5 min. Seated Full Body Stretch

Total everything: 52 min.

Hi Everyone,

Today I did STS Meso 2 for chest/shoulders and triceps. I added on 17 minutes of MPL. It was a good stretch. I will stretch more in a few minutes.

Nora - I loooooooooooove AOLIH - I've had to stop reaching for it so much to avoid burning out on it. It's so fun, so much variety and a sweatfest. You still got in a great workout yesterday even if you didn't do AOLIH. And TFTT is take it from the top - I hate repeats especially if it's been a long segment.

Annette - You sure would know about creating workouts and trying to come up with names. Goodness, for how long were you teaching classes? It was quite a few year, I think

I know you all do YouTube workouts from time to time so I wanted to mention a few
instructors that I think have fun, good workouts with a lot of variety. I have found a lot that I click with, but to name a few:

Hi ladies,

Siobhan I taught for roughly 6 years. And yes naming workouts was rough, maybe I should have just numbered them that would have been simpler,LOL!

Today I did another UFW International Kardo workout, it was 37 minutes very high intensity at times but fun nevertheless. I tried another one but only latest 5 minutes because his sound kept cutting out and it was hard to follow without the sound. So 42 minutes total of cardio kickboxing. I plan to do floorwork also.

Nice workouts ladies. You gals are all doing great!!

See you tomorrow.

Add 20 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Yes I love AOLIH, and all kinds of HIIT, Metabolic workouts, and a long time fave Tabatacise.
I've had injuries to revover from and making my way back to HIIT and weights again, I so missed them. Great workout today, high fives!!;)
