Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and found an Ultimate Taebo Upper Body workout on YouTube. It was a compilation of arm (upper body) exercises from different Taebo workouts. It was 51 minutes of intense sweatiness. Plus I had on my wrist weights.

Now to continue packing for vacation.

Good Morning Everyone,

I took a rest day yesterday. Today I did Xtrain bi's/tri's burnsets and added on 2023 videos jump rope 11 minute workout. That was a good workout.

Great to see us all getting in our fitness! See you tomorrow.

I had to com back and make sure to fess up I did not get to workout today. I had errands and it got too late to workout. I have been feeling extreme fatigue trying to get through the day has been tough. Yes, I am a huge Tae Bo fan.
