Hi Annette,

I can't believe May is almost over. Wow. Today I did a short Cathe Live Express Upper Body (30 minutes as I didn't do the core work). I added on move with nicole pilates for 15 minutes and some energy flow exercise for another 5 minutes to get my day started.

Annette - so fortunate to be cheered on by your gym friends with that weight work you did yesterday. I mean, wow. That was a lot of weight. geesh you are strong.

Today my triceps and the back of legs are sore not overly so, as I would have thought.

So today I stayed home and did KCM Boxing Combos with my wrists weights and I did her 8 minute ab work also.

So roughly 40 minutes of a workout. I really put a lot into the workout.
