I am baaaack!!!

Today I did a short 15 minute walk with my dog and did Cathe's latest live workout - 7 upper body. It was good. DH is in Vancouver on business all week. I drove home on my own from Ottawa and he flew out from there on Monday. It was nice for the famjam to have a weekend together.

Linda - I am so sorry to read you may have something serious going on with your eye. I can't work out either when I am feeling down in the dumps. I am so sorry you are not feeling your best. We are all here for you!!! You will be missed 'cos you are here every day starting us off and we love it! You are such a cheerleader for everyone. We are here even if you just want to vent or share.

Nora and Annette - have a wonderful day. Annette - I am so glad to read you are starting to feel better. phew.
 
Hi ladies,

Today I did a new CDorner Kickboxing workout that was 41 minutes long. Worked up a good sweat.

Now I need to start a load of laundry and see about laying in the sun. Linda, I hope you are able to find out what is going on with your eye.

Siobhan, glad you had a great trip!! Nice workout. We missed you!!

Nora, hope you get a workout in.

Linda- I'm so sorry. I did not realize you had serious eye problems. I apologize If my comments yesterday seemed inapproporiate, definitely not my inetntion. I can understand being in the dumps and not feeling like workingout let alone posting. Right now you need to take care of you.

Siobhan- Yay! Siobhan is back! Its been a busy time for you. It's nice you had some family time, hopefully some relaxing down time as well.
