Good Wednesday Morning Everyone,

I hope you all have a good day.

I took a rest day yesterday. I slept in.

Today I did Cathe's Pyramid Upper Body - minus the back. I did a double round of biceps instead. I added on 10 minutes of Sydney Cummings Shoulders/triceps supersets for 10 minutes.

I was out late last night so I am surprised I got up at all!

Hi Ceci,

Today I taught my Killer Kickbox workout to 8 ladies for 46 minutes, then I did 30 minutes of weights including dumbbells chest presses, light dumbbell flies, seated clean and press, overhead tricep both arms, 1 arm tricep, hammer curls heavy, stability ball abs, and inner and outer thigh leg machines.

Hi friends, I'm still kicking it! I started my 'coding bootcamp' through the University of North Carolina Charlotte. It's intense! It is from 10-2:30 every day and requires 30 hours of study a week. So, today I started the 4 Day Split. I did the Lower Intensity Step and then the shoulder work. It's a great workout! I felt fantastic!

So tomorrow I'll probably do the Kickbox one. I'm not sure what order they are supposed to be in, but I figure it probably doesn't matter.
