Hi Annette,

Today I did an oldie - BJ Gaddour KB swing workout. It was 40 minutes. I have done this one several times and it's always challenging (DVD). I am calling it quits now. I am a sweaty mess. Time to stretch.

I also sat in the sun yesterday - only for about 15 or 20 minutes over the lunch hour. The neighbours always come outside with their dogs (my dog is out running around too) so we chat - a lot.

Today my class was a washout so I did 45 minutes on the elliptical and then 45 minutes of weight work using the barbell for chest press up to 2 reps at 105, new machines for back, shoulders, triceps and some biceps, and then dumbbells for hammer curls at 25 and 30 pounds. Then floorwork for abs and a stretch.

Nice workout for you. Love lying in the sun.
