Hi Annette,

You are a dedicated kickboxer! I love my freedom too!

Today I did an old Cathe Live - Quick Cardio or something. 30 minutes + I added on something new I found called primal movement. I did 15 minutes (mobility + bodyweight exercises). It was interesting.

Yes, I love cardio kickboxing!!

Today I stayed home and did a 45 minute Fat Blasting Cardio Taebo workout. I had on my wrist weights and my ankle weights for a much more intense workout.

Need to do abs now. Nice workout for you.
