Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did Rippedism - bis/tris + Michael Olajide's jump/sculpt - 20 minutes.

Love all the daily updates ladies. Have a great day!

Olajide looks tough Ceci. Great workout!
Hoping everyone enjoy their workouts today:). You must be pooped Henriette from that long drive! A REST for me. I was itching to do a workout, but I knew it was a day for a rest, so I am sticking to it! lol.
See you all tomorrow.

Hi gals,

Today was the first 23 min.of the Low Impact Timesaver premix off of Kick Max.. haven't done that one in a very long time so it was good. Then went to the gym and did sort of a circuit workout. 50 min. weights(chest, triceps, biceps and shoulders) then elliptical (with this machine you could add in elevation which I never knew how these machines were different than the others, now I know, LOL), then more weight work(back, more shoulders, calves) and ended with abs.

Still hashing out the details with the gym, they will pay for my insurance which is a good thing and the gym membership would be free. The husband of the husband/wife team that own the gym will call me on Friday so we can talk. He actually takes care of the instructors so his wife kind of jumped the gun on asking me to do this.

So have a great day!!:);)

Annette, so glad everything is getting on the right track with the gym. Today I did a Jessica Smith workout, I should say three short ones, each lasting about 25 minutes, one cardio, one total body with light weights, one core and abs and a short session of tabata drills of 4 minutes. All in all a good one considering I cannot lift heavy right now. Well, these tabata drills... I recall the first times I tried them, maybe one and a half year ago, I could not complete them, they were so hard... Today... Well they looked like the recovery movements of Cathe tabatacize or x10. My heart rate was still quite low... Thank you Cathe! Couldn't have reached this point without you!!!

Hi ladies,

Good workouts!

Elsie - I hope you had a good rest.

Annette - sounds confusing but hopefully it will all work out. Sounds like fun teaching those classes and I bet you would be a great role model.

Today I did two tabata's in the morning during breaks from sitting. The first one I did was just jump rope, true tabata style. 20 seconds work, 10 secons rest for 8 rounds. The second one I did just over an hour later. Also true tabata but then straddled my step and did alternating fast feet taps. Not sure what to call it, but I think you get the picture. This was even more tiring than the jump rope one.

This afternoon I gave a bball training but didn't join in, just walked back and forth yelling instructions and correcting the kids for 1.5hours.

Tonight I was thrilled to have Cathe Live & Chromecast cooperating again and I did Lean lower body. Very good w/o! By the last yoga poses at the end my legs were shaking.... Just what I needed after working my upper body hard with KCM muscle definition yesterday. I still feel it in my shoulders, arms and abs today.

Sandy - we were both posting about tabatas and at the same time. Tabatas are great! I should do them more often.

I think I might take a rest day tomorrow.

Have a nice afternoon/evening and see you all tomorrow.
