IFit- Elliptical workout in Dunedin, New Zealand- 15 min.
Blender- Quick Fix Step add-on- 12 min.
YT- CrossRope- 10 min. Jump Rope & Standing Core

Good Morning Everyone,

I got up to work out yesterday but didn't have the energy. I stretched for 20 minutes instead and read my new book: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. I know it's for kids but wow - it's so good. No wonder 100 million copies sold. I have been going through a phase of reading classic contemporary books over the past 3 years. My fav's so far are: Steinbeck's The Grapes of Wrath and To Kill a Mockingbird. Page turners!

Today I did a mish mosh of an old Cathe Live Giants Sets with light weights. I stopped at the 20 minute mark as Cathe was doing 4 sets of the same. I literally couldn't. I added on my own blender mix of about 25 minutes of Afterburn and did 4 sets of heavy weights for legs (on my own). Now, to stretch.

Annette and Linda - I am sorry to read you've had less energy lately. There is something going around here (I've heard it's another variant of covid that doesn't show up on tests) that is leaving people exhausted for weeks and mimics a cold. It seems to last about a month :( .

Nora - I am sorry to read you didn't get in your work out. I hope today is a better day for fitness.

Siobhan, Good job with your mish-mosh of CatheLive & one of your blender workouts. It’s fun to mix things up & still get a good workout.

Good job on today's workout with some fun workouts:

Staring off with a mish mosh of an old Cathe Live Giants Sets with light weights, added on my own blender mix of about 25 minutes of Afterburn, and then added 4 sets of heavy weights for legs (on my own), sand a stretch. Bravo!! Awesome job today;)

Hi ladies,

So yesterday, I had a low grade fever during the afternoon and evening. Mind you I had no fever at the kidney doctor on Monday. The highest it got was 101.7 F. Hubby said that I never felt hot. So I slept in this morning all the way till noon, woke up with almost no bloating , no fever and I feel more like myself. Not sure what I had or still have the remnants of but I think I am on the mend now.

So with all that said, I ended up doing KCM 30 Minutes to Fitness Train Like a Contender the Boxing Combos Premix which is 32 minutes long. I had on my wrist weights.

I did lose about 3 pounds so that was a win for me.

Sounds like everyone got a nice workouts in today.

Ok add in 13 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Glad you are feeling better Annette, maybe you had a 24 hr bug…..good job with a premix from Kelly’s TLC & added floor work.

Nice workout Nora with Strength & Stamina premix, Boxing bootcamp premix & cycling.
 
More than a 24 hr. bug, temperature back to 100.2F. Sigh can't win. This bloated feeling has been going on since last week. Fever just since yesterday.
 
Sorry…..do you think you have Covid? I have heard that is where the temperature hangs around hope you feel better…….me too :)
