Good job on today's workout with some fun workouts:
Staring off with a mish mosh of an old Cathe Live Giants Sets with light weights, added on my own blender mix of about 25 minutes of Afterburn, and then added 4 sets of heavy weights for legs (on my own), sand a stretch. Bravo!! Awesome job today
