Hi ladies,
Today I taught my Kickbox fun with add Ons 2 routine to 6 ladies for 47 minutes. This was 47 minutes of fun!!
Then I did 40 minutes of weight work including trying the bench press with a 20 pound barbell, a 30 pound barbell and then I did just the regular barbell which is 45 pounds by itself and did 6 reps. I did bicep curls 20 and 30 pounds, hammer curls at 15, 25 and 30 pounds. Triceps seated one arm overhead and lying with the barbell, lat pull down over and underhand grip. Lying back exercise, calf machine, inner and outer thigh machines, leg press machine and floorwork abs and legs. And a short stretch.
Think I am done since I have PT this afternoon.
