Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. Row & Upper Body Weights EMOM
IFit- "Takakkaw Falls Hiking Intervals Elliptical workout, Yoho Natl Park, Canada" -23 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a Cathe Live - legs with a side dish of shoulders. I've done this one before. It's good and I tend to go a bit heavier in weights. It was 42 minutes.

Nice mash up again this morning Linda! My dog is heading towards 12 years old and is having lots of physical health problems. She's on borrowed time. It sounds like your dog is also having health issues too?

Yes, Jack is 13 now…his teeth are terrible, and I am going back & forth with a dental.
since he is 13 now, I am so afraid that he wouldn’t be able to withstand being put to
sleep. I do antibiotics round every couple months to help with dental, etc.

Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and did the most recent garage Taebo and it was 54 minutes with the last 6 minutes using light weights plus I had on my wrist weights during the majority of the workout so I am sweaty. It was very good there was only 1 group of exercises that he didn't repeat on the opposite side.

Great workouts ladies.
