Off to do CCv6 w/ Candace , then get the kids up & ready for school as I get ready for my mammo this am.

Hi everyone,

Today was BM, but I don't have 90 minutes during the week, so that on is going on the schedule for Saturday. I decided to go with my weight workout today, which was Amy's Slo Mo challenge Total Body premix (75 min).
Back to cardio tomorrow!

Back and done w/ the rest of my workout.

Since I only had enough time for my run early this morning I had to do my CM seg. #2 when I got home from radiology.

Mammo was not as bad as I had thought it would be and it was pretty interesting seeing the photos. The techs even pointed out my muscles underneath :) which I thought was neat.

I like Candace's version of CC6; still need to get used to her voice but its a totally different workout run from Coach Sean and yes I throughly enjoyed the sprints :)

I wonder why Coach Sean doesn't offer it anymore on his site and why she never did any more CCs :/

Imax 2 is my all time favorite workout and actually I subbed CCv6 in place of Imax 3 .

Guess I should give Imax 3 more tries to warm up to it lol

BM is long, have no clue how Amy's slo mo is - hope you had a great workout!



Soon I have to do some more laundry max and cleanmax mainly my kids bathroom as they are not cleaning it the way they should. ;(

Hi all,

I did the warm up, kickbox and hi/lo segments of CTX 10-10-10 and then did the Kickboxing segment only off of CTX Kickbox, with weighted gloves on.

I am a little sore from yesterday but it is a good feeling.
