I felt too tired to workout today - but I did anyway!

I did the first 50 minutes of turbobarre. Haven't done that one in ages....

Hi ladies,

Rest day today - I did STS Ab circuits stability ball abs and the med ball abs, then stretchmax 1.
 
No rest day for me. I did the total body premix of Muscle Max. I'm following Cathe's rotation, and am loving every workout.
